Whisk ½ cups sour cream, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 4 tablespoons wasabi paste or powder
Pour into squeeze bottle and set aside until ready to use
In a large skillet, heat ¼ cup olive oil, fry dumpling/wonton wraps until golden brown. drain on paper towel
In another large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Sear seasoned tuna 20 seconds each side, remove pan from heat and rest tuna
Preheat oven to broil.
Coat one side of seared tuna with black sesame seed mixture
Broil tuna for 20-30 seconds until top is browned
