Chili Lime Tuna Cakes Ketogentic Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 5 ounce can premium Albacore tuna in water
  • 1 large egg slightly beaten
  • 1 cup crushed Chili Lime Flavored Chicharrones Pork Rinds
  • ¼ cup sliced Peperoncini with juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Mix tuna, egg, and crushed pork rinds in a small bowl until well combined
  • Heat non stick pan over medium high and melt butter
  • Form tuna mixture into 3-4 patties and sauté on one side for 2-4 minutes. Flip over and sauté another 3-54 minutes until tuna cakes are golden brown
  • Drizzle cakes with Peperoncini juice and serve warm

Notes

  • Serve with chopped salad, sliced avocado, and lemon wedges
  • The Tuna Cakes have virtually 0 carbs.
