Wash and thinly slice the potatoes. I keep the skins on but you can peel them
Toss the potato slices in olive oil. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Lay the potatoes evenly on a baking tray. Bake 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Check for doneness and turn the potatoes over. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 8-12 minutes longer or until the potatoes are fork tender.
Cook the sausage links till golden brown. Drain on a paper towel, then cut lengthwise.
Toast the bagel. Spread cream cheese on both haves of the toasted bagel.
