In a small bowl combine softened cream cheese and sugar, and blend to combine
Spread an even lay of cream cheese mixture over one slice of bread and chunky peanut butter over another slice of bread
Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and melt. Make sure the butter is evenly distributed over the bottom of the pan. Put the sandwich slices together and grill each side in the hot pan until toasty brown. about 4-5 minutes on each side.
In a small saucepan, bring the grape jelly and sriracha to a soft boil stirring constantly.
Cut the sandwich in half and place on a pretty plate. Drizzle the hot grape jelly over the sandwich and enjoy with fresh berries and a hot cup of coffee or tea!
