Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Cream together the butter and cheddar cheese.
Gently stir in the flour, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, red pepper flakes, baking powder, salt and garlic powder. Mix this slowly until incorporated, then continue stirring until the dough comes together. I recommend using your hands.
Mix in the cereal and stir to combine everything.
Divide dough in half. Roll thinly on a floured surface. Cut tiny crackers with a pizza or ravioli cutter. Crackers must be thin, about ⅛ inch, to create the crispy texture of this yummy cracker. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Store in an airtight container.
