The Recipe You've All Been Waiting For: The Hype Is Real, and the Flavor is Off the Charts
Fuego Con Bourbon: A Holiday Coffee Experience
There’s a new fire on the coffee scene, and it’s lighting up the holidays. I’m proud to introduce my newest creation: Fuego Con Bourbon, a bold, creamy latte made with the latest sensation: Café Caliente Coffee with Chile.

Sourced In Central Mexico
This brand is fresh to the U.S. market, but already making waves with its one‑of‑a‑kind blends sourced from beans hand‑picked at small farms in central Mexico. I first met the brother‑and‑sister team, Ann and Paul, behind Café Caliente at the 2025 World Food Championships, and instantly fell in love with both of them and their coffee. Their passion and authenticity shine through every sip.
Café Caliente launched with two proprietary blends:
- Caliente Hot – fiery, full‑bodied, infused with chilis for a daring finish
- Picante – smoother, with a gentler chili whisper
And just in time for the holidays, they’re teasing three new seasonal flavors—so stay tuned for even more ways to sip, savor, and celebrate.
Giving Back
Behind every cup of Café Caliente Coffee is a story of community and care. Founders Ann and Paul are deeply committed to supporting the families who hand‑pick their beans in central Mexico. Their vision goes beyond bold flavors—they hope to dedicate a portion of every sale to the workers, helping cover essential travel and living expenses for their loved ones.
This mission reflects their belief that coffee should not only warm your cup, but also uplift the people who make it possible. More details about their generous gifts and initiatives will be shared soon, as they continue building a brand rooted in gratitude, fairness, and connection.
