I love singing opera and have performed in numerous professional productions. Singing with the Colorado Opera Festival in Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs Chorale, The Denver Symphony Orchestra Chorale, Opera Colorado, Denver, and many recital, oratorio, solo, and special event appearances.
As a 30-year veteran Cosmetologist and Owner of The Beauty Brokers in Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, I've also acted as the principal wig and Hair Designer for most of my singing career. Please enjoy a few photos from my opera journey!

Tales of Hoffman 1992 - I loved styling the period hair pieces with lots of curls, flowers, and bonnets.
My job is to arrive at the theater at 4 p.m., put on my hair and makeup, and get my costume on. Immediately, I go to the leads' dressing rooms, tidy their wigs, and glue them on. I then run back to the chorus members, do their hair, and sing opera for two hours. These were some of the best days of my life!!
