Radish and herb butter open-faced sandwiches are delightfully elegant and equally delicious. The peppery crunch of thinly sliced radishes served on scrumptious whole-grain bread slathered in herb butter is a satisfying bite.

Raw and Roasted Radishes
I love any assortment of raw radishes tossed into salads, served whole with homemade butter, and transformed into a mouthwatering treat when roasted with grapes and served as an appetizer or side dish. There are just too many great radish-eating moments to share in this post; suffice, they are all yummy and links to some of my other favorite recipes are below!
Easy Appetizer
Radish and herb butter sandwiches make an easy appetizer and are perfect for Sunday tea with friends or enjoyed with a light and fruity white wine.
I HOPE YOU ENJOY THESE RADISH AND HERB BUTTER SANDWICHES AS MUCH AS I DO!
