    - Cedar Bay Applewood, Orange & Ginger Pre-Planked Salmon

    - Rice noodles: Three Ladies Brand is the best choice for this dish as they are effortless to work with.

    - Fresh vegetables (such as cucumber, avocado, and limes. Add bell peppers and carrots as well for a fresh bite

    - Peanut sauce (made with peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and a touch of honey)

    - Fresh herbs (such as cilantro and mint)

    - Crushed peanuts for garnish

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 8-ounce Cedar Bay Grilling Applewood, Orange and Ginger Salmon Cooked to manufactures directions
    • 1 Package Maifun Rice Noodles (or your favorite brand) Cooked to manufacturer directions
    • ¼ cup fish sauce
    • ⅔ cups honey
    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
    • 4 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
    • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
    • 1 avocado cubed
    • 1 carrot cut into thin strips
    • 2 green onions chopped
    • 2 tablespoons cilantro
    • 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts

    Instructions
     

    • Prepare the Cedar Bay pre-planked salmon according to package instructions.
    • Cook the rice noodles according to package directions and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
    • Slice the fresh vegetables into thin strips or cubes.

    To make the peanut sauce

    • Whisk together peanut butter, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and honey until smooth.

    Build the Bowl

    • Toss the rice noodles with the peanut sauce in a large bowl until evenly coated.
    • Top the noodles with the sliced vegetables and flaked salmon.
    • Garnish with fresh herbs and crushed peanuts.
